I offer Hypnotherapy, Reiki, EFT, Matrix Re-imprinting, Higher Self Coaching and Channeling , each session is tailored to your needs.
I have developed resiliency and skills through my own challenges as a mother, wife, and in my own journey into self Awareness. I have acquired certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Integrative Healing Arts and Life Coaching at the South West Institute of Healing Arts. I am also an Usui Reiki Master Teacher. Over the years I have studied and apprenticed with many Holistic Health Mentors since my career began as a massage therapist in 1994.
