Higher Self Coaching
We are all Channels of creative life force energy. As a channeling guide, I use my soul's connection to my angels and spirit guides to bring in information that is important for both myself and for my clients. I feel as if this is a "Direct Line" to Spirit that I am able to call anytime and for anyone in my care. The messages that I receive for myself and others are always for the purpose of evolution and an experience of a higher perspective.
This connection guides all the work that I do, whether it is Reiki, Higher Self Coaching, Hypnosis or any other modality. As a client you will benefit directly from this connection, and perhaps cultivate it for yourself.
Higher self: your true and divine essence, an eternal, wise and loving part of you connected to universal consciousness, distinct from the personality or ego.
Channeling: a spiritual practice where a person acts as a conduit to receive messages, information from non physical energy for the purpose of creativity, sharing wisdom, or relaying information from other sources of
consciousness.
These sessions are designed to meet you where you are and support your growth. Sessions may include Reiki, EFT, Matrix Re-imprinting, and channeling as needed. The intention is to help you develop tools for awareness, clarity, and alignment with your higher self.

Suggested commitment: ongoing sessions over time.
